Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support its PowerPro platform for RTL design and power analysis. The FAE will work with leading semiconductor customers, delivering demos and workshops, and guiding evaluations from concept to deployment.

The role involves collaboration with sales, R&D, and product teams, travel up to 20%, and a hybrid work arrangement. A strong background in RTL design and scripting is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in EE, CS, or related field.
• Strong RTL design experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL.
• Knowledge of digital design, synthesis, and verification flows.
• Experience with RTL power analysis and optimization methodologies.
• Scripting skills in Tcl and Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to define and execute technical strategies aligned to customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops.
• Lead evaluations and proof-of-concepts to drive business wins.
• Support deployment and adoption of PowerPro across customer teams.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including debugging and training.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to influence product enhancements.
