Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations seeks a Maintenance Project Engineer to oversee maintenance evolutions and support functions across the fleet at our powerplant sites. You will plan outages, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You must have a BS in mechanical/industrial/electrical engineering, 5 years in power generation with project management, and CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in the power generation industry with a PM focus.
• Experience with turbine-generator operations and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance evolutions and support functions for fleet.
• Coordinate work with contractors and in-house maintenance.
• Plan major maintenance outages and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Provide CMMS program updates and training across the fleet.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and procurement documents.
