Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Project Engineer to manage maintenance evolutions and support for our fleet across the Power plant network. You will plan outages, coordinate with contractors and engineers, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance in line with company policies.

Based at one of our plants, this role requires strong project management, knowledge of turbine operations, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to develop scopes, cost estimates, and schedules while training

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Five years in power generation with at least three years in project management; incineration plant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of steam turbine-generator operations and maintenance practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of fleet, plan outages, and coordinate with contractors.
• Lead CMMS training and support across the fleet.
• Develop work scopes and prepare tender documents; manage cost estimates and schedules.
• Manage project schedules, costs, and safety compliance.
• Support engineering and maintenance on major and minor capital projects.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
