Job summary

United Engines in Oklahoma City is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise the Electrical Department, overseeing maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems. This role requires coordinating staff, BOM tasks, and system migrations from Epicor to Oracle MRP.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in electrical controls/instrumentation, strong leadership and safety focus, and the ability to liaise with Production, Engineering and Materials teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Three years of experience with electrical controls and instrumentation.
• Proficient knowledge of calibration, testing, troubleshooting and installation of instrumentation/electrical equipment.
• Minimum one year of lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures.
• Must be capable of utilizing proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for electrical controls/instrumentation.
• Schedule Electrical Department staff and resources.
• Oversee BOM structuring for all products.
• Partner in the Epicor to Oracle MRP conversion.
• Act as liaison between Production and Electrical, Lead Technicians and Materials/Engineering groups.
• Provide document control and revision/breakpoint control.
• Conduct process development for electrical assembly in sub and final.
• Create and maintain standards and training for the Electrical Department.
• Maintain strong safety culture and adherence to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
