Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as General Foreperson in line clearance preferred.
• Experience working around powerlines required.
• Willing to travel; Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with ropes and knots preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies for efficient, accurate, and profitable job completion.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations.
• Dispatch crews promptly and provide status updates to utility representatives.
• Hire, train, and discipline employees; manage time and overtime to minimize cost.
• Supervise and evaluate crew performance, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability.
