Qualifications

• Hands-on Tekla PowerFab experience (≥3 years).
• Deep knowledge of structural steel fabrication workflows and standards (AISC, ASTM, AWS).
• Strong technical troubleshooting including licensing, installation, and environment issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting via phone, email, forums, and remote sessions.
• Architect solutions using internal resources and CRM data; own complex cases and mentor colleagues.
• Manage Jira items for bugs and feature requests; create instructional media and test new product features.
