Trimble Inc. in Westminster, CO is seeking a Technical Support Professional – PowerFab Expert to resolve complex Tekla PowerFab workflows and improve product quality.

You will create instructional materials, collaborate across teams, and drive customer success with proactive problem-solving. The role emphasizes advanced technical support, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring colleagues, with a focus on shop-floor to IT environments and AI-assisted troubleshooting.

Formación

• Tekla PowerFab: 3+ years hands-on experience.
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication workflows, standards, and certifications (AISC, ASTM International, AWS).
• Proven experience diagnosing complex software issues, including licensing, installation, and environment-related problems.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Technical Support: provide expert-level troubleshooting via phone, email, online forums, and live remote sessions.
• Problem Solving & Escalation: architect solutions using internal resources and CRM data, own complex cases, mentor colleagues.
• Product Improvement & Training: manage Jira items for bugs and feature requests, create instructional media, test features, train support teams.
• Log Review & Diagnosis: analyze logs to diagnose and resolve issues, document thought processes for learnings.
• Customer Communication: translate technical concepts for varied audiences and advise on environment considerations.
• AI-Assisted Troubleshooting: leverage AI agents for troubleshooting, education, and evaluating AI responses.
