Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Application Solutions Specialist to provide end-to-end support for engineering applications. You will troubleshoot incidents, assist with testing and releases, and develop training materials while driving process improvements across engineering workflows.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 2 years of relevant work. Knowledge of Tekla, Autodesk, Vision, PIM, POE, Atlas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of business related experience in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for engineering applications by responding to incidents, service requests, and user questions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and assist with identifying root causes and solutions.
• Support system testing, upgrades, releases, and defect validation activities.
• Create and maintain user guides, procedures, training materials, and support documentation.
• Participate in training initiatives and help users understand application functionality and best practices.
• Assist with process improvement and application enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of support issues, resolutions, and system changes.
