Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Financial Analytics Developer to build reports, dashboards and analytical solutions for business leaders. You will primarily use PowerBI to create, deploy and maintain scalable analytics that support decision-making across departments.

You will analyze large healthcare data, collaborate with clinical and operational teams, and redesign manual reports into self-service dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in healthcare.
• 1–2 years with advanced features in PowerBI.
• Experience modeling, wrangling and interpreting large data sets (Python).
• Healthcare EMR data experience (Epic, Clarity, Caboodle) preferred.
• Excellent communication with business leaders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Create reports, data visualizations and analytical solutions for leaders.
• Utilize PowerBI to deploy reusable analytical solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot user issues from analytics tools.
• Redesign reports into the PowerBI self-service framework.
