Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Financial Analytics Developer to craft PowerBI reports, data visualizations and analytical solutions that illuminate business insights for leadership. You will design, deploy and maintain reusable analytics, troubleshoot issues, and champion redesign of manual reports into the PowerBI self-service framework for end users across the organization.

Requirements include 3–5 years of healthcare analytics experience, PowerBI expertise, Python/PowerBI Prep,

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analytics and quantitative/qualitative analytics, preferably in healthcare.
• 1 to 2 years of experience with advanced PowerBI features and best practices in data visualization.
• Experience modeling large datasets with tools like PowerBI Prep or Python.
• Healthcare data and EMR systems (Epic, Clarity, Caboodle) experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication to translate business needs into technical requirements.
