Qualifications

• 4+ years BI/analytics experience in healthcare or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL, T-SQL, data modeling and dimensional modeling.
• Proven ability to design dashboards and reports that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and distributes management, drill-down, automated and visual reporting on time.
• Provides advanced algorithms and statistical methods for BI solutions including dashboards.
• Performs analysis on Epic data models and designs data structure additions.
• Manages scheduled and ad-hoc reports, diagnosing and fixing issues.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and IRB policies in deliverables.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather objectives and deliver solutions.
• Researches and develops innovative reports/dashboards to enhance capabilities.
• Manages high-level BI projects from requirements to support.
• Mentors developers on BI platforms and data visualization.
• Oversees change control, release processes and go-live communications.
• Provides status updates to leadership and participates in meetings.
