Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks candidates for its POWER SQUARED Early Career Program, an 18-month rotational track designed to fast-track leadership through hands-on projects in Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to proposal development and strategic planning, and build skills in inventory and operations management. Ideal entrants are senior undergraduates in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with a May 2026

Qualifications

Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Anticipated graduation by May 2026.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning.
Self-driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in United States.
