Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC. is launching the Power+ Graduate Rotational Program in the United States for recent graduates. This 18-month program provides three rotations, each lasting six months, across multiple business units, with opportunities to travel and relocate within the U.S. and possibly internationally.

Participants will receive technical and product training, workplace exposure, and mentorship to develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• STEM background is preferred but not required.
• Candidate must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Be a recent university graduate (within past 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month accelerated career journey with 3 rotations (6 months each).
• Rotate across at least two different business units and locations in the U.S.
• Travel and relocate as part of the program, with potential international rotations.
• Contribute to projects and demonstrate leadership, teamwork and initiative.
