Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is launching the POWER SQUARED Early Career Program in Raleigh, NC. This 18-month, entry-level rotation will expose you to Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services while driving real business outcomes.

You will work with experts, deliver hands-on projects, and gain exposure to the Grid Integration business, developing leadership and operational excellence skills for a growing technology leader.

Qualifications

• Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Anticipated graduation by May 2026.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning.
• Work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services.
• Lead action learning projects with real business impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand customer needs.
