Hitachi Energy seeks recent graduates to join the U.S. Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting January 2027. This is an 18-month, full-time journey with three six-month rotations across multiple U.S. locations and potential international rotation.

Participants will receive technical and product training, gain site experiences, and develop leadership, teamwork, and curiosity while relocating as needed to various sites to experience Hitachi Energy's culture first-hand.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate (within past 2 years).
• Must be able to work in the United States for Hitachi Energy.
• Willing to relocate for 3 rotations across the U.S. and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• 18-month accelerated career journey with three six-month rotations.
• Full-time, paid, permanent role.
• Rotations across 2+ business units and multiple locations.
• Must be USA mobile – travel to different locations.
