Job summary

Primary Location: 5588 Little Debbie Pkwy, Ooltewah, TN 37363-4356, United States of America. Walmart seeks a facility maintenance worker responsible for power washing and exterior upkeep, including evaluating areas, setting pressure/temperature, and ensuring surfaces meet safety standards.

You will perform safety and preventative maintenance on power washing equipment, operate corporate vehicles as needed, and update logs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Power washing/exterior maintenance experience preferred.
• Must follow safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces.
• Evaluates areas to be cleaned and sets appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods.
• Performs pre-/post-operation safety checks and records tasks and maintenance.
• Coordinates with managers and coworkers, records work orders, and updates documentation.
• Performs additional facility maintenance and seasonal duties as assigned.
