Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• DOT physical and Medical Certification required pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, and other equipment.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and contaminants from walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures while performing power washing and exterior maintenance.
• Respond to work order requests.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
