Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Interest in learning AutoCAD power industry-related design technology.
Interest in high voltage transmission/distribution line engineering (12kV to 245kV).
Interest in structural design for power utility infrastructure.
Ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and develop estimates/budgets.
Must be a team player and be self-motivated.
Ability to work on project teams and work individually.

Responsibilities

Be a billable member of the team doing design work for clients and learning design software.
Mentored by a professional engineer while developing power engineering skills.
