Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join Relationship Management in the Power & Utilities division. The role supports IPPs across renewables, battery storage, gas-fired generation, and transmission assets, with a hybrid schedule located in NY, Charlotte, or Denver.

You will work with RMs and portfolio teams, perform financial analyses, pricing models, and due diligence to drive client solutions and cross-sale opportunities while maintaining KYC/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of banking or related finance experience, preferably within the U.S. unregulated power or project finance segments.
• Experience supporting Relationship Managers and portfolio management in IPP or energy finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in all facets of IPP portfolio management and growth.
• Provide day-to-day account management support for IPP clients; ensure credit-files and KYC requirements are up to date.
• Collaborate with portfolio management and product partners to track client activity using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Assist in due diligence and financial analysis to determine long-term financing solutions and cross-sale opportunities.
• Prepare pricing models and materials for credit approvals and client meetings.
