Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to support permitting activities for distribution engineering projects across electric utilities in the Northern United States. You will work with project managers, engineers, and account managers within the Power Delivery Solutions division.

The role focuses on data entry, billing support, reporting, and coordinating meetings and documentation to keep permitting and projects on track.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and project-management software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, update, and maintain project data, statuses, and documentation.
• Support billing by tracking invoices and backup documentation.
• Perform routine data entry and quality checks for billing and project information.
• Assist with internal reporting and basic status updates.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and document actions related to permitting and projects.

Insight Global is searching for a Project Coordinator (PC) who will work alongside project managers, lead engineers and account managers supporting permitting activities for distribution engineering projects for various electric utility clients throughout the Northern United States. The PC will be part of an established team within our Power Delivery Solutions (PDS) division. PDS provides consulting services to public-owned and investor-owned electric utilities for comprehensive engineering design of electrical transmission, substation, and distribution projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain project data, statuses, and documentation in internal tracking systems.
• Support billing activities by tracking invoice submissions, payment statuses, and required backup documentation.
• Perform routine data entry and quality checks to ensure billing and project information is accurate and complete.
• Assist with internal reporting and preparation of basic project and billing status updates.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions related to permitting and project activities.
• Assist project managers with day to day tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field) preferred
• 0-2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Technical Skills needed for this role:

• Experience with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Workfront, MS Project or P6) is preferred
