Huntington National Bank in Cleveland, OH seeks a Commercial Portfolio Manager for Power & Utilities to co-manage a growing $4.5 billion book within Corporate Specialty and Government Banking. You will identify opportunities and mitigate risks while collaborating with Relationship Management and internal partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, formal credit training, and 7+ years in portfolio management, with preferred deep utility sector experience and strong credit structuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Completion of formalized credit training program.
• 7+ years of related portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and close broadly syndicated, complex commercial loans.
• Provide credit recommendations to the appropriate level of credit administration.
• Review loan documentation in consultation with legal counsel.
• Manage risk on an ongoing basis by monitoring credit worthiness and loan terms.
• Conduct annual reviews and renewals, portfolio reviews, delinquencies and reporting.
• Assist in optimizing customer relationships with Relationship Managers and other teams.
