Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• Experience in project cost, schedule, scope controls, forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to analyze information, form conclusions, and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of large-scale capital projects with minimal supervision.
• Deliver projects within scope, budget and schedule under governance.
• Develop scopes of work and RFPs for external contracts as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project schedules and risk.
• Provide regular progress reports and cost forecasting.
