Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead process operations for Large Power Transformers. You will drive a high-performance team culture, oversee production planning, and ensure EHS and quality standards are met during launch and ongoing operations.

Travel may be required during startup phases and may include international assignments, gradually decreasing as the facility stabilizes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' manufacturing supervision experience in a technical environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support launch activities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a high-performance team culture in manufacturing operations.
• Oversee production activities and scheduling per WPS and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate safety, quality gates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop technicians' growth plans and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
