This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your technical development through hands-on training and collaboration with experienced manufacturing teams across Siemens Energy's global network. During the facility startup phase, travel may include international assignments lasting up to 4-6 weeks at a time. These experiences are designed to build technical expertise, support operational readiness, and contribute to the successful launch of our new facility. As local operations become fully established, travel requirements are expected to decrease significantly. This role is critical in ensuring safety, quality, cost efficiency, and adherence to planning processes throughout the final execution. The ideal candidate will drive a high-performance team culture in collaboration with technicians across various areas.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Define strategies, tactics, and methods to create a high-performance team culture while ensuring adherence to manufacturing guidelines, processes, and procedures.

  • Schedule and promote active participation of technicians in EHS evaluations and Quality Gates (QGs).
  • Track KPIs and assess the progress of agreed tasks and workflows to ensure timely completion, defining mitigation plans for any deviations.
  • Conduct 1st Level Meetings with technicians to address and resolve any deviations during the manufacturing process.
  • Create and implement development plans for all technicians under your supervision, enhancing their performance in the manufacturing process.
  • Lead and support the fulfillment of all protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies from current systems (EHS, QA, CyberSec, etc.).
  • Must be able to work in the US without the need for VISA sponsorship.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent related experience in the energy industry; High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the energy industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support technical development, training, and manufacturing launch activities.
