Job summary

Aggreko, LLC is seeking a Power Technician 2 for Mendon, MA. You’ll work from the service center and travel daily to customer sites to service, repair, commission, and operate Aggreko products. The role involves both shop and field work with a team or solo, depending on the assignment.

You should have 4+ years of power generator/HVAC experience, read schematics, and be capable of heavy lifting as required. A valid driver’s license and safety certifications (TWIC/DOT) may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
• Experience reading schematics and calculating nominal and effective tonnage or kW requirements.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 60–80 lbs as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Based in Mendon, MA service center with daily field travel in company vehicle.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators, diesel engines, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment at shop and customer sites; operate and set up equipment on customer sites.
• Work solo or with others to complete installations and field service tasks.
