Job summary

Aggreko in Mendon, MA is seeking a Power Technician 2 to service, repair, commission and operate Aggreko products in the shop and at customer sites. You’ll work solo or in teams, traveling daily in a company vehicle.

The role requires 4+ years on power generators or commercial HVAC, ability to read schematics, and a valid driver’s license. We offer full-time employment, overtime potential, an annual bonus, no-cost medical, and extensive hands-on training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and calculations for nominal and effective tonnage or kW requirements.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain TWIC or valid DOT medical card as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to move or lift objects up to 60–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Base out of Mendon, MA service center and travel daily to customer sites in a company vehicle.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators, engines, HVAC equipment, electrical gear and oil-free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot failures in shop or at customer sites and perform repairs.
• Set up and operate equipment on customer sites, solo or with a team.
