Qualifications
High School diploma/GED required.
3-7 years of experience with power generators, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, and reading schematics.
May be required to obtain TWIC card or valid DOT medical card.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and meet physical demands per assessment.
Responsibilities
Based in Mendon, MA service center and travel locally in company vehicle.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, and oil-free air compressors.
Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and on customer locations; perform repairs.
Work solo or with others to set up and operate equipment at shop and on customer sites.
May work overtime and weekends; potential for travel.
