Job summary

Aggreko in Denver, CO seeks a Power Technician 2 to service, repair, commission and operate Aggreko products. You’ll work from the Denver service center and travel locally, performing maintenance on generators, diesel engines, HVAC, and oil-free air equipment. Strong troubleshooting and schematic reading skills required; valid driver’s license and possible TWIC/DOT card may be needed. Competitive hourly pay and bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, with inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• TWIC card or valid DOT medical card may be required based on customer requirements.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Based out of Denver, CO service center with daily local travel in company vehicle.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil-free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and on customer locations and handle repairs.
• Work solo or with other technicians to set up and operate equipment on customer sites.
