Burns & McDonnell in Kansas City, MO seeks an Assistant Electrical Engineer (Energy & Utilities Analyst) to assist with power system studies and financial evaluations for fossil and renewable projects. Under supervision, you will help with capital and O&M cost analyses, develop technical reports, and support client presentations.

You will apply engineering and financial concepts, contribute to transmission/distribution planning, and work with project teams to deliver solutions for energy clients.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Electrical Engineering or related ABET-accredited degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of engineering techniques and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative environment.
• Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
• Campus or community involvement encouraged.

Responsabilidades
