Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a Lead Testing Technician to join our Electrical Power Services team. The role leads complex testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and power system evaluation projects across multiple sites.

It functions as the technical authority, providing mentorship and advanced expertise to testing crews in low-, medium-, and high-voltage environments. Applicants should have strong field experience and leadership capabilities; NETA certification is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and power system evaluation projects.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and advanced technical expertise to testing personnel across multiple crews and project sites.
• Serve as technical authority on assigned projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
