Job summary

ABM Industries in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Lead Testing Technician to steer complex testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and power system evaluation projects at multiple sites.

The role acts as the technical authority, offering leadership, mentorship, and advanced expertise across low-, medium-, and high-voltage applications. NETA certification is not required, and compensation includes an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Lead testing expertise and field experience equivalent to an advanced electrical testing professional.
• Strong leadership capabilities with ability to mentor and oversee multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and power system evaluation projects.
• Serve as the technical authority on assigned projects providing leadership and advanced technical guidance.
• Oversee project execution across low-, medium-, and high-voltage applications and ensure standards compliance.
