• Provide technical direction for high‑voltage equipment maintenance and new systems.
• Support training to improve reliability of power systems.
• Be available 24/7 to respond to outages and assist recovery.
• Lead outage coordination and communication across teams.
• Oversee safety and compliance with EHS policies and audits.
• Coordinate contractors and external resources for maintenance and projects.
