Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance safety and training programs aligning with EHS, ABS, and HP.
• Direct maintenance supervisors and plan budgets and staffing.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity improvements in maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance planning, asset data, and reliability processes.
• Mentor direct reports and ensure performance management.
