Job summary

Talently seeks a Power Systems Solutions Engineer to lead LV/MV distribution modernization initiatives for industrial manufacturers and utilities. You will translate customer needs into practical, compliant solutions and work with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to drive value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial power systems, strong one-line diagrams, ETAP usage, and a track record in technical sales and account management.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in discrete or process industrial environments with power distribution experience.
• Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage distribution and motor control systems.
• Experience with protection relay schemes, coordination, short circuit analysis, and load flow.
• Proficient in ETAP and familiar with equipment configuration software like Eaton BidManager.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of LV/MV distribution modernization solutions based on customer needs.
• Assess customers, develop opportunities for switchgear, upgrades, and electrical studies.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver compliant solutions.
• Prepare modernization plans, proposals, and RFQ responses using drawings and data.
• Manage CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline visibility to support revenue targets.
