Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG) designs and builds electrical power systems for data centers and critical infrastructure. The Sales Engineer bridges technical and commercial teams to translate customer needs into compelling proposals and accurate scope definitions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Estimating and Operations to deliver technically sound solutions, support pricing, and ensure clear communication throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and equipment configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process as technical SME for inquiries, RFQs, and opportunities.
• Review specifications and drawings to determine requirements and feasibility.
• Develop technical proposals, submittals, and documentation for power distribution equipment.
