Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and facilitate sales growth for power generation rental equipment and services
• Generate revenue and profit by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Increase market share within territory by establishing and maintaining relationships with former and new customers
• Provide customer service to meet or exceed expectations for market share, fleet utilization, andROP A
• Negotiate price with customers
• Generate sales leads by identifying customer needs and routes leads to appropriate sales representative
• Evaluate new construction projects and follow up with contractors for potential leads
• Coach and train other sales representatives
• Assist management with sales forecasting involving budgets and market share
• Assist marketing with promotional materials for sales growth of power systems
• Distribute promotional materials through e-commerce channels and base
• Lead and coordinate work, training, and supervision of others
• Works under general supervision with some established procedures
