Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience in energy projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; PM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface; manage scope, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas for integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to align with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site/field activities and quality assurance.
