Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a HV Technical Scope Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑voltage design and engineering solutions for substations and overhead lines. You will interface with clients, manage tenders, and coordinate with global experts as Ramboll continue to grow in the Power Systems area.

The role requires strong leadership, deep HV knowledge, and fluency in English with Norwegian as a beneficial addition.

Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering.
Experience in HV/EHV substation or overhead line design and project execution.
Proven leadership and client-facing skills.
Fluency in English and Norwegian.
PM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
Act as key client interface, ensuring scope clarity and long-term partnerships.
Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
Coordinate with other business areas for integrated, cost-effective solutions.
Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring schedule and budget alignment.
Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
Support site activities, follow-up and quality assurance.
