Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Austell, GA is seeking a Power Systems Project Manager to lead generator, ATS, paralleling switchgear, and accessories projects from receipt to final customer acceptance.

The role requires 5+ years of project management or engineering experience in the electric power industry, a Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred), and strong communication with internal and external customers. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager or engineer in the electric power industry or related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review new projects to confirm BOM accuracy, cost estimates, and terms.
• Verify that quotes meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate submittal approvals and release for manufacturing.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors to procure equipment.
• Coordinate shipping to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Perform invoicing on delivered goods and services.
