The role also provides supervision and leadership to the Project Management TEAM as part of the Power Systems team. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5+ years in the Power Generation market, strong stakeholder influence, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 5+ years in Power Generation.
• Strong ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Influence consulting engineers and end users with product guidance and sizing.
• Provide technical information and leadership to the Power Systems team.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with sales and project teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Caterpillar products and industry standards.
