Job summary

RESA Power in Wixom, MI is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead electrical power service projects for diverse customers. You will coordinate with departments, vendors, employees and clients to keep work on time and on budget, while identifying opportunities to add value.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and reporting, with emphasis on safety and quality. Travel may be required, and you will support field staff and manage project costs within approved estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience equivalency in a related field.
• NETA certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in a testing environment and project cost control.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and collect data on electrical systems (up to 500kV).
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, employees and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare and review reports; provide technical support to field staff as needed.
• Schedule jobs, generate work orders, manage subcontractors and materials.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and identify expansion opportunities.
• Be available for flexible hours, travel, and out-of-town assignments while ensuring safety compliance.
