Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Project Manager to organize and execute a variety of customer projects, coordinating across departments, vendors, and customers to meet timelines and budgets.

You will inspect and test electrical systems, coordinate material orders, scheduling, and field support, while maintaining strong customer communication and high safety standards. The role may require travel and on-site supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics and parts lists for troubleshooting.
• Experience in a testing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and perform startup of electrical systems up to 500kV.
• Manage project budgets and schedules; order materials and subcontract services.
• Meet customers on-site and review their needs; generate work orders and schedule jobs.
• Provide technical support to field service personnel and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Communicate with clients and management to resolve issues and expand project scope.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulatory requirements.
