Qualifications

4+ years of project management experience in electric power systems and related practices.
Mentor and develop professional staff and work collaboratively with a team.
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
PE license or equivalent certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Full life-cycle project management of multiple large multi-discipline projects from proposal conception to commissioning and close-out.
Track and stabilize projects, address obstacles, and anticipate customer needs related to SEL products.
Train and assist customers with design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning and operation of automation/protection systems.
Travel regionally up to 25% and manage scope, schedule, and budget accordingly.
