Job summary

HOLT CAT in San Antonio seeks a Project Engineer 3 to lead power systems project initiatives from initiation through startup and commissioning. You will be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, develop milestones, and manage budgets to ensure PSD project success.

You will provide technical support, maintain documents, and build strong relationships with customers while promoting safety and value-driven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field is required.
• 6+ years in planning, scheduling and/or project management, heavy equipment or construction management preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Model, promote, reinforce, and reward values-based leadership within projects.
• Analyze cost estimates and help sales teams reach project goals.
• Estimate resources and assign ownership for tasks; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain project documents and communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
