Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Project Engineer 3 for the Power Systems Division in Irving-Las Colinas. You will drive projects from initiation to startup, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet milestones and budgets.

The role requires extensive engineering knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
• Six+ years in planning, scheduling, and/or project management preferred.
• Knowledge of project engineering practices and processes.

Responsibilities

• Model, promote, and reinforce values-based leadership in daily work.
• Analyze and assist with engine project cost estimates to hit goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and implement PSD project work for profitability.
• Define ownership for tasks and ensure teams have needed tools.
• Communicate project status, risks, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Provide technical resources to remove roadblocks for PSD customers.
