Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience interacting with customers at a technical level in a Data Center environment.
• Experience with Power system ancillary controls like BMS, MODBUS, CAN communications, and PLC.
• Deep expertise in Power dynamics with the ability to analyze complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Predictive Maintenance of Power products.
• Analyze and resolve performance issues for Power systems.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering teams to enhance Power algorithms.
