Qualifications
Minimum of five years’ experience interacting with customers at a technical level in a Data Center environment.
Experience with Power system ancillary controls like BMS, MODBUS, CAN communications, and PLC.
Deep expertise in Power dynamics with the ability to analyze complex systems.
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Predictive Maintenance of Power products.
Analyze and resolve performance issues for Power systems.
Collaborate with Global Engineering teams to enhance Power algorithms.
