Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with and engage employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of monthly team safety requirements.
• Track production losses and high maintenance-cost assets.
• Drive risk reduction projects in various operational areas.
• Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures.
• Monitor and enforce all plant and corporate policies and procedures.
