Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience interacting with customers at a technical level within a Data Center environment.
• Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance programs is a plus.
• Experience with Vertiv Power products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in interpreting diagnostic and alarm data for Predictive Maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve performance issues, providing remediation strategies and technical guidance.
• Lead the development of technical documentation and support resources for Digital Services.
