Job summary

Williams is hiring an Operations Technician to support one of our largest installations, focusing on safe, reliable operation of gas turbines, engines, generators, and control systems. You will inspect equipment, read drawings, and assist with pipeline operations while following technical standards and regulations.

You will analyze data, collaborate with teammates, maintain records, and participate in preventive maintenance, training, and on-call duties across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid State Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and PPE.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running safely with hands-on tasks and inspections.
• Collaborate to analyze data and solve technical or operational challenges.
• Follow company policies and procedures for safe operations.
• Learn requirements for safe facility operations and protect team and environment.
• Maintain site familiarity, records, and permits to support operations.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and reporting.
