Black & Veatch Corporation invites a Summer Intern to join our Systems discipline as a Mechanical Engineer. You will contribute to advanced power generation projects, designing mechanical equipment and systems for our facilities, with potential placements in Ann Arbor or Raleigh.

The role requires no prior experience, current enrollment in a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering ABET-accredited program, and completion of onboarding requirements if selected.

Qualificações

• No experience required.
• Current enrollment in ABET accredited university in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering program.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, evaluate, and design specifications and contract drawings.
• Support engineering analyses, report production, and designs.
• Prepare basic calculations.
• Assist in basic equipment selection.
• Coordinate with other disciplines.
• Schedule project deliverables.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate data.
• Analyze systems using computer modeling.
• Organize and file project materials and references.
